The cost of property management in Germany

- Tenant search - 2 cold rentals

- Off-plan report - 50 euros

- Bank account maintenance - approx. 6,90 euro/month

- Property management - 100 euros

- Electricity, telephone and internet connection - 50 euros

- Taking out insurance policies - 30 Euros

- Contacting the tenant (rent increases, payment reminders, complaints etc.)

- Organisation of maintenance work - 50 euros per hour

- Resolving unscheduled issues with the building administration

- attending the meeting of owners (only in Berlin), sending the minutes of the meeting with a brief explanation of the decisions made

- interpreting service - 50 euros per hour

- Request for an extract from the land register - 60 euros

- Organisation of cleaning services - 20 Euros per hour

- Unscheduled site visit (Berlin) - 50 euros

- Opening a German bank account - 300 euros

- Registration assistance - 50 euros per hour

- Preparation of documents for the tax advisor - 50 euros

- Re-registration for a new term

- Calculation of possible rent increase
