About the Project
Neues Ufer is a future urban development located in the Berlin-Moabit district. The project will combine modern residential buildings, commercial areas, public infrastructure, and open community spaces into a new, mixed-use city quarter.
Situated along the Charlottenburger Verbindungskanal, the site covers a former warehouse area tucked between Kaiserin-Augusta-Allee and Siemensstraße.

The Moabit District
