Newly built flats in Berlin

The price of a realty depends on a lot of factors. The build year, the size of the apartment, the way the apartment is equipped but especially the location. Mitte, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg as well as Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf are the most expensive areas of Berlin when you only take a look at the location. In Berlin Mitte you can expect a price of 5000 to 7000 Euro per square meter for example when it was build in the last century and has modern features.

With a price of more than 12 million Euros for over 300 square meter the price per square meter can rise up to over 30.000 € in the capital of Germany. Of course all the wishes of the customer have to be considered and brought into reality, that is why the price can get higher and higher.

The Wilhelm:

… is a luxury building in the Wilhelmstraße 56 in Berlin Mitte. This is where one of the most expensive apartments of Berlin has been sold for over 30.000 Euro per square meter.

Wave Waterside Living:

This new build is located at the Stralauer Allee 12 in Berlin Friendrichshain, directly next to the Spree. Here a flat with more than 290 square meter has been sold for round about 4,5 million Euros. The price per square meter is here at more than 15.000 Euro.

Sapphire:

The new build „Sapphire“ was designed by the star architect Daniel Libeskind and provides new penthouses to the real estate market of Berlin with a price that starts with 15.000 Euro per square meter.

In conclusion it is to say that all these apartments are exclusive rarities and that is why the price is that much more expensive than the normal price per square meter in the different areas of Berlin. Moreover it is obviously, that there is no price limit when it comes to exclusivity and luxury.
