Dominart Real Estate GmbH (Germany) together with ERA Smart Invest LLC (USA) are preparing to enter the Thai market in 2026.

The strategic focus will be on wellness and retreat real estate, including the development and management of modern Health & Wellness Retreat Centers in Thailand’s coastal regions.
